This opportunity is available for an experienced Engineer with the ability to manage projects to undertake the development of systems, design and specification. You will be required to provide detailed documentation both during and upon project completion to other engineering departments therefore experience of planning and managing of projects to time and cost constraints is beneficial.
With a proven track record in all aspects of automation control, PLC software – Siemens, Bradley or B&R for automated machinery projects is essential. Experience of motion control programming and knowledge of B&R industrial control products would be ideal but not essential.
The company is constantly developing new equipment within its machine portfolio and the focus of this program is to introduce new technology and ideas. The ideal Automation Designer must be innovative and have a proven track record in the design and development of machinery automation projects, be a team player and have the desire to succeed within a highly competitve maufacturing industry.
Experience of high speed packaging machinery for food, beverage or tobacco industries would be ideal. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading machinery manufacturer, part of an international group who have manufacturing sites throughout Europe & USA.
